The final phase of the Grand Canyon ELCA Synod Call Process is the “Follow-Up” step. This is simply an informal procedure in which a member of the synod staff checks in with the pastor and the congregation to see how the ministry of the congregation is progressing.
Usually, the staff representative meets only with the pastor and council, but we thought we would open it up to anyone else who might be interested in participating.
Pastor Sarah Moening from the Rocky Mountain Synod was asked by Bishop Deborah Hutterer to meet with us, and she will be available for a Zoom meeting (approximately 50 minutes in length) with interested congregants on February 14 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
