Esperanza’s pianist, Lai Ma Gates performs in our sanctuary with her chamber music trio on Sunday, June 13th at 1:30 p.m. Attend in person or tune into the livestream. Lai will be on piano with Yunze Yang on violin and Alex Zheng on cello.
The three have been playing together since 2019 and have performed for numerous audiences locally and in California. Their music has been received enthusiastically by chamber music audiences for the range of their repertoire and for the passion of their performance.
The group is thrilled to be playing live at Esperanza Lutheran Church. The program includes the music written by J.S. Bach, Arensky, Elgar and Shostakovich.
