For many years our community has supported a newborn support group. The name has changed a few times, but the goal remains the same: helping newborns who need clothing, diapers etc.
The Ahwatukee chapter has been meeting at Esperanza for just over 10 years. Kits which contain a hat and booties, a blanket, a nightgown or onesie, a washcloth and diapers are donated to Valleywise Hospital. Banner Health has requested receiving blankets.
