Among the most important missions at Esperanza is establishing a sense of community.
That starts with outreach and communication. That can be stymied when we often know each other by face but are stumped to come up with a name.
Many members have suggested that we try wearing a disposable name tag at service each week so that after service during fellowship people can address each other by name.
We’re giving it a try with our new Hope Grows Here name tags! Just write your name – legibly, so that this doesn’t become an exercise in futility! – with a Sharpie.
