The evening begins at our Appetizer House, the home of Kristie and Randy Wright, at 6:00 p.m. 14646 S. 4th Dr. Phoenix
At 6:50 p.m. candy canes are chosen be all attendees, tagged with where you will be having your soup and salad, and where you will be having your entree. (If you are hosting, you will only choose a candy cane of what you are NOT hosting).
At 7:00 p.m., we all head out to respective homes for soup/salad, with the goal of arriving no later than 7:15 p.m. At 8:00 p.m. sharp, all leave their soup/salad homes and head to their entree homes. (All candy canes are tagged with the hosts names, addresses, phone numbers, and possible gate codes), with the goal of arriving by 8:15 p.m. Enjoy your dinner until 9:00 p.m., when you will drive to our dessert house, the home of Michelle and Alan Tinsley. 13650 S. 32nd St. Phoenix.
* Those NOT hosting a soup/salad, or entree, will bring an appetizer to the appetizer house, or a dessert to the dessert house.
** We will need hosts for appx 8 people per house, including the host. THIS DOES NOT HAVE TO BE FANCY, with best china, etc. Can be at your kitchen table, back patio, etc.
Peggy W. and Julie V. will be in contact with each person or couple signed up, the week before the event.
Additional note – we’re often asked “what do people typically serve?” – no one needs to be extraordinary – can be a salad and bread, soup and bread, or all. You can serve take out, homemade, Costco — whatever you prefer. Entrees that work best are those that can be done ahead of time, so you can enjoy your guests for the short time together. Sometimes hosts offer water, some have soft drinks, some have wine, beer, etc. Whatever hosts are comfortable with.
This warm, wonderful evening is for singles and couples alike, but adults only please.
