Our fifth annual Blue Christmas service is tonight at 7 p.m. in the sanctuary. The theme is uncertainty.
The service is ecumenical and open to the community, in response to the difficulty experienced by many during a season that our culture has made a festival of merriment. For those who have suffered loss or who are lonely, disappointed, sad or rejected, the cheer can emphasize their pain.
