Another Way to Respond to God’s Love

Greetings Esperanza Family,
These are trying times on many levels and many of us have responded to help our brothers and sisters.
Now, two new immediate needs are knocking on the door and our personal stewardship — our response to God’s love and compassion is providing another opportunity to help. Those impacted by the California wildfires and Hurricane Laura in the Southeast need our help. The Disaster Relief unit of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) encourages us to give directly to these efforts.
100% of our gifts go to immediate needs, including food and other life necessities, as well as emotional and spiritual care for those who have been traumatized. Long-term recovery assistance may include rebuilding and repairing homes.
Unlike other relief organizations, all of our gifts go to those who need it. The operational overhead is covered by Esperanza’s regular benevolence offering, and the offering of the other 9,100 ELCA congregations.
TOGETHER we make a massive difference. Please consider a special offer to provide immediate help. Click here to help serve our brothers and sisters in trouble.
