On Saturday, September 30th from 3:00 P.M. – 4:30 P.M. join us for a gentle yin practice and guided meditation followed by a healing sound bath. As we persist through this record-breaking heatwave, this extended practice will focus on refreshing and uplifting the body, mind, and spirit through cooling movements, pranayama (breath work), and sound. All bodies & abilities welcome!
We will meet upstairs in the Esperanza Community Room. There are stairs; however, please let me know if you will need elevator access.
Please bring your own mat. All other props (blocks, straps & blankets) are provided; however, if you prefer your own, feel free to bring whatever you need to feel comfortable.
Eye masks are provided for the sound bath and are completely optional.
You will be guided through 50 minutes of yin + guided meditation, and then we will take a short break (bathroom/hydration/etc!). We will commence with a relaxing 30 minute sound bath.
The registration fee is $25.00.
