We have added the ability to complete a form for both a prayer chain request as well as being added to a prayer chain by completing forms on our website.

Please understand that this does not replace the back-end work that Tami, Cindy and Joni do in reviewing requests, sending out the prayer chain email as they come in or adding email addresses to the prayer chain community email blast.
This simply is another way to make requests and to join the list.
