Handy with a shovel or pick? Help us landscape Habitat House on Saturday!

The Habitat House is painted!

The crew last Saturday completed painting of the exterior, applying two coats of paint on the stucco exterior.

The house now is painted inside and out!

A house that is parked on the side of a buildingA slight setback: We were notified that the cabinets will be delayed, which will hold up completion of the interior.

This Saturday (February 5) we will be landscaping the front yard. This includes installing the irrigation system, planting shrubs and trees and spreading a few tons of rock.

We have had a wonderful group of volunteers for many weeks throughout the build, but there’s always room for more!

It’s always fun to be around the site to take in the banter, laughter and just have a good time – all while building a beautiful home for the Jamma family.

If you get a chance, please come out and join us as we complete this home!

If you can’t volunteer, feel free to come out and tour the house and watch us complete the work.

We work on Saturdays, 7:30 a.m. until about 1:30 p.m. at 677 W. 19th Street in Tempe.
