This Sunday we say farewell to Pastor Annemarie with a Sending Service at the conclusion of All Saints Day worship, followed by a reception in the Fellowship Hall. Worship begins at 9 a.m.
Pastor Annemarie announced last month that she will be pursuing a new calling as a chaplain at Noble Hospice and Palliative Care in Mesa. Pastor Patricia Reed from the ELCA Grand Canyon Synod will conduct the Sending Service.
Pastor Annemarie has been with us since January 2021, helping us through a difficult time in Esperanza’s history as we struggled with the effects of the pandemic and planned for the future. Please plan to attend the farewell reception to thank her for her many contributions to Esperanza, share memories and wish her well in her new ministry.
