The Kyrene Family Resource Center has made available a Donation Report and Receipt Form for donations (shoes, school supplies, etc.) that you provide, and that are delivered by Esperanza to the KFRC.
The form may be helpful for tax purposes. The forms and letter envelopes are available in a large business envelope labeled “KFRC Donation Report and Receipt Forms,” located on the table in the Fellowship Hall. Place the original of the completed form in a letter envelope and place in the large business envelope labeled “Completed KFRC Donation Report and Receipt Forms.”. The yellow copy is for your records.
