Dan Beeks will take over as chairman of Esperanza’s Finance Committee as Mark Entsminger steps down this month.
In his tenure, Mark Entsminger contributed to the creation and maturing of our finance team; the creation of a sound month-end reporting structure and an effective budgeting process; and has provided excellent oversight and direction on the overall church financial health. Mark also provided sound interpretation of our monthly reports, analysis of annual financial giving (intents in aggregate and actual giving) — all in order to plan effectively for our future.
Dan Beeks brings to the position both a knowledge of financial matters and a background of solid legal experience. He is ready to go!
