We have been blessed recently to have two young people join the Audio Visual / Livestreaming ministry at Esperanza: Cian Collett and Riley Hanania
Cian approached the existing livestreaming team a few months ago and said that he would like to help with this ministry. We found out that he had previous experience in managing sound and cameras, so we were excited to have another person join the team.
As he became more involved, he recruited Riley Hanania to help. Recently you may have noticed that both have occasionally managed the entire AV / Livestream service on Sundays. We now have five team members assisting with this ministry, making it easier for each member.
About Cian Collett
Cian is a Phoenix native. He has four brothers and one sister. He graduated from Desert Vista in 2024 and then attended East Valley Technical Institute, specializing in HVAC. He currently works for Rainforest Plumbing and Cooling, focused on HVAC for commercial buildings. He volunteers as a Younglife Leader for Wyldlife – a ministry for middle schoolers – attending meetings, outings, and other Younglife activities. In addition, he enjoys music, line dancing, and Bible study and is a good friend of Brooklyn Hanania. He has had previous experience working with livestreaming activities (sound and cameras), so he is a positive addition to this team.
About Riley Hanania
Riley, also a Phoenix native, will be a senior at Desert Vista. Her plans are to pursue a college degree in biomedical engineering. She is an accomplished diver. Due to a recent back injury, she has had to give up diving, but she still manages to provide coaching to young divers. Riley continues to be involved in many other activities. She supports the needs of the theater program at Desert Vista and ACT with a special focus as a mic coordinator and other technical work. She works with incoming freshman students, is a peer tutor for special-needs youth and recently served as camp counselor at Campformation. While there, she also joined the instrumental group and helped choreograph the group dance activities.
Riley and Cian met at Younglife. Through their friendship and shared interest, they are working together to support our livestreaming ministry.
Please take a minute to greet them and thank them for giving their time and skills to Esperanza!
