There will be a Congregation Meeting on Sunday, November 17th following the 9:00 AM service.
Meeting agenda items will include voting to:
• Approve the Congregation Meeting Minutes from Esperanza’s May 19, 2024, meeting.
• Approve the 6-month “Stub” Budget for January 1, 2025, through June 30, 2025. Esperanza’s fiscal year will now be 07/01/2025 to 06/30/2026 which will coincide with the Children of Hope Child Development Center.
We will also present the members of the Esperanza Audit Committee:
• Paul Beeks
• Ray Paloma
• Josie Nelson
Additionally, the council will present campus painting bids (outside campus buildings only) for congregational review and discussion.
