Join Phoenix Lutheran High School Youth, better known as PhLY, on Friday, December 2 from 6-9 PM for our Holiday Hoopla in Downtown Phoenix exploring First Friday Festivities. We will meet at Grace Lutheran (1124 N 3rd St, Phoenix) at 6 PM then walk around Roosevelt Row and surrounding areas. Bring friends and money for food trucks. Extra credit if you wear an ugly holiday sweater or hat.
