Annual Congregational Meeting this Sunday!
Council President Chuck Yount encourages you to attend our annual Congregational Meeting to participate in important decisions to be made for 2022!
The new year brings with it the necessity to conduct church business. Several topics of interest to all of us will be discussed during our annual Congregational Meeting this Sunday, January 30.
We will meet in person at 9:30 a.m. between services. There also is an online option. Joni Thorpe is sending out the Zoom link for the Sunday meeting.
The agenda will include:
- Reviewing proposed 2022 mission and adult-learning objectives.
- Voting on the 2022 Nominating Committee membership.
- Voting on the 2022 budget.
Regarding the budget, click this link for our proposed 2022 budget as well as commentary explaining the major changes between this proposed budget and our 2021 budget, and historical context.
Please try to review this information beforehand if possible.

Nominating Committee candidates are:

The primary task of the Nominating Committee is to select candidates for the Council in advance of the Council elections in the May congregation meeting. The Nominating Committee may also be asked to select candidates for other positions required by the Esperanza constitution and bylaws.
