Promesa de Esperanza is Esperanza Lutheran’s adult choir.
With weekly rehearsals, this group meets under the direction of Kazin Cole for the sole purpose of glorifying God through music. Whether in uplifting times or challenging times—with praise songs, or pleas for mercy—Promesa de Esperanza believes that by exploring and providing excellent musical experiences that we are providing additional means through which people can worship our creator. Accompanied by Lai Ma Gates, Promesa strives to provide a variety of choral music, from re-arrangements of standard hymns to contemporized worship songs from today.
When in season, the choir rehearses every Wednesday from 7:30 to 9 p.m., and is a part of the worship service just about every other week. Additionally, during the Advent Season and on Good Friday, Promesa de Esperanza presents a special service, drawing from a large repertoire.
We are choral music lovers, worshippers of Christ, and people devoted to each other.
